1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nebatech Software Solution Ltd. - CRM ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide professional repair and maintenance services for electronic devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and other electronic equipment. Our services include diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement, and general maintenance.
3. Service Process
When you submit a device for repair:
- You will receive a unique tracking code to monitor your repair status
- We will diagnose the issue and provide a cost estimate
- Repairs will commence upon your approval of the estimate
- You will be notified when the repair is complete
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵). Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our service center.
Note: Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated before any work begins. These fees may be waived if you proceed with the repair.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your device and the issues experienced
- Back up your data before submitting devices for repair (we are not responsible for data loss)
- Collect your device within 30 days of completion notification
- Pay for services rendered in a timely manner
6. Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide professional and quality repair services
- Use quality parts for all repairs
- Keep you informed about your repair status
- Handle your devices with care and maintain confidentiality
- Provide accurate cost estimates before commencing work
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your device and data, we shall not be held liable for:
- Data loss during the repair process
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of submission
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or software
- Delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
8. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell such devices to recover storage and service costs, after providing reasonable notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Ghana and the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
